| It is almost the unofficial “start of summer." Memorial day is almost upon us, and with it, an expected increase in road travel. Statistically, Memorial Day weekend has proven to be a BUSY time on the highways. It is one of the busiest travel days of the year, and is extending itself even earlier into the week ahead of the official holiday, as throngs of people kick off the anticipated "summer vacation season." Memorial Day weekend is an opportunity to get out and get going. Those participating in this unofficial road rally are an estimated 34 million, according to AAA.com, with another four million going by air and other travel means during this extended weekend. Consequently, according to CNBC, there will be 9.7 million barrels of oil a day of demand over the Memorial Day weekend. If you are part of this grand movement, we know you may need some help with revitalizing your vehicle after its personal "Indy 500 journey."
