WE SHINE RIDES AND HELP YOU FEEL GREAT WHEN YOU DRIVE
Here we are again at the close of another year, with changes to the familiar and with amazing possibilities ahead. Looking back on another fun-filled year of bringing to you a continuing series of posts on our blog, we have sought to provide relevant and interesting information relating to vehicles as well as to life in our outstanding community. Tracking back through 2014, we looked at the history of valentines day, some of the valley's events and opportunities, a tax help blog, a summer idea blog, and information concerning a variety of community events as just some of the many blog posts from this year. If you missed them you can still check them out in our previous blog posts. Much of the year has been steady in the shop. We have seen a number of great vehicles and had some exciting times cleaning dirty cars. Our gift certificates have been very popular during through the year as well as the holiday season. All of that said, we would love to be your one stop for your vehicle detailing needs this coming year as well. For those that want to improve their schedule this year we hope to offer more ways to stay on top of the little things at home. By offering detailing tips and other needed insights, we hope to be a resource you can go to in 2015 for quick ideas, clearer focus, and of course, a great vehicle clean. In a business that appreciates attention to detail, we plan to keep helpful content coming. Your after-Christmas-week may be full of alot of small tasks that add up. We want to lighten your full load if you have a list to get done before the new year, which may include writing out your New Year's goals; finding a good place to drop off an old Christmas tree, and cleaning up your home (or vehicle) before the start of another busy week. We are excited to emphasize the use of WeatherTech floor mats in our newly cleaned vehicles, as well as improving our technology and service to you. Your comments and advice will be pivotal in advancing in our services to you. What have you enjoyed this last year? With a new year comes new plans for improvement. Share your thoughts. If you enjoyed something from any of our blogs, tell us what you like the best from what you have read. It helps us keep offering quality content. Keeping a month to month pace as we move onward through the year 2015 is important, and we are excited to develop a deeper connection with our customers. We want to know where we can continue to give you the best service, and we want to find out exactly where more help is needed. If you are familiar with our company, you know that we are eager to give you a great detail, to keep up your vehicle's appearance and performance. Watch for exciting things this new year on our website. If you see the need for a car detail sometime in the near future, don't hesitate to get on our schedule while the choice appointment openings are still available.

Are you planning on traveling across the countryside to visit a relative's home for the holidays? There are many memorable moments that can happen during the upcoming holiday, even in traveling! When you start the trip what do you enjoy most? Are there any special traditions to participate in during your travel? Do you have any fun ideas to make the time pass as you travel? Leave us a comment about it. Share with us what you would do on a long road trip or how your family relaxes as you wait on a plane and you are needing something to do. As soon as we finish with Thanksgiving, it is only a short time before we are back on the road for another drive, over the hills and through the woods, to “Grandmothers” house. If you are going anywhere very far, it will benefit you to plan ahead. With the mass of people beginning the holiday rush to relatives homes there are plenty of people out on the highways and at the airport, so keep that in mind and stay ahead of the rush in your planning. This may be a great year to take that longer trip. With gas more reasonable, driving is a good option for many. It can certainly make getting around once you arrive more convenient as well. You could also pack things that you had planned to mail. It could be a great use of those little treats that get made during the season, so take this opportunity to bring those extra homemade goodies along for loved ones. If you are taking a flight remember to check the arrival/ departure times of your flights so that you or your family, are not waiting around or missing a connection. Why not take a special journal and record your trip and observations while you wait. It might provide some hilarious moments around the Christmas table for the entire family. Plan ahead and leave a little earlier to maintain a more relaxed schedule, allowing for any potential delays you may face. It may be helpful to plan extra time when going through large cities and dealing with heavy traffic. With the changes in weather you might face, it is a good idea to keep gear ready and know how to use it. Plan to take extra time for rest stops and stretching when you are traveling, by road, across the country. There are certain basics to have packed for a long trip to keep the experience more stress free. Don't forget to pack that extra winter safety pack for the road and keep the worries limited. It may be good to add an extra set of jumper cables, a first aid kit, a flashlight, and cold weather gear for unexpected events. Learn more about options to include from the list on our blog about winter preparation, It is a good thing to make sure your vehicle is in proper working order and to make any needed adjustments. Make sure you check on washer fluid and take extra fluids if you are traveling a long distance. Make sure you take an extra blanket and pillow and preparations for illness such as bacterial and viral preventatives as it is the cold and flu season and things can get shared rather quickly in a small area. Adding a few extra steps to your routine could help keep the attitudes of many on board in a cheerful mood. If you are able to enjoy the time when traveling, then do it. What a great way to make the season a little merrier. There are many ways that even a long drive can be a great opportunity for good time with family. As soon as you start your journey plan to have some fun things to share with all those in the car. It can be a great time to make new traditions, and to take along those games, and other elements of fun, that are normally hard to find time for, but that the family would especially enjoy. It is always nice to travel in a freshly cleaned vehicle. You still have time before you leave toplan a trip to Shines Autos Meticulously for a full detail. It may be the perfect extra gift for the family this year. If you will not have enough time to schedule a cleaning, don't forget about our gift cards.
