Is it back? The housing market seems to be making a strong comeback in Bozeman. With the realty market starting to include more new listings for recently built homes, it appears to be strengthening. Gaining ground after the housing crash nearly seven years ago, has been gradual, but it now seems to be going forward. With a new year and a fairly steady construction season continuing through the winter, it seems there may be an increase in home starts.
