Bozeman Housing

Is it back? The housing market seems to be making a strong comeback in Bozeman. With the realty market starting to include more new listings for recently built homes, it appears to be strengthening. Gaining ground after the housing crash nearly seven years ago, has been gradual, but it now seems to be going forward. It is almost a tie between Bozeman and Billings on which of them is growing faster. And if you have been watching the trends that is a common theme around much of Montana. With a new year and a fairly steady construction season continuing through the winter, it seems there may be an increase in home starts.
