Car Shows of the Summer

Looking for more fun in the sun this summer? The car show scene is active in Montana this summer with various events happening around the state.  There have already been a number of them in various parts of the state, but even if you didn’t make it to the Billings 2014 - Fiesta Car Show last weekend, there are still more exciting opportunities ahead. From the beauty of Bigfork MT to the rustic Virginia City setting, you can find car events all around the state. You can look online to find out if one is in an area near your town.

What is the first thing you notice at a car show? Whether you are eager for looking at classic muscle cars with the hoods up or cruising hot rods with the tops down, there are opportunities this summer around Montana. If you are a fan of fast and stylish sports cars, these may be great events for you to enjoy!

Feeling like getting out of the Valley this weekend and heading for West Yellowstone?  From July 31 - August 2 at the Yellowstone Rod Run there are great times ahead while driving Canyon Street and Firehole Avenue as cars in the annual Rod Run form a parade as they make their way to the city park. If you are in or around Kalispell August 2nd, check out the/ Evergreen Show & Shine. If you are visiting Virginia City Montana, the Road Agent Rally, is a good option for a blast from the past, and is going on the 8th through 11th of August.

The 14th annual "Cruisin' On Main" Car Show is on August 17. With hundreds of vehicles driving through downtown Bozeman, it is one of the largest events of its kind in the state. If you are a car lover or just curious enthusiast, it would be worth attending. Bozeman is the premier event for cruising’ your rod down main.  The car show will feature live music, food and fun during the day!  There  will also be over $5000 in prize drawings, a showcase display and a chance for everyone to vote for their favorite vehicles! There is no fee for spectators to attend the show, but you can help the cancer support community through your donations at the event. It is an event the whole family can enjoy.
